Counselling is a talking therapy, which offers you the chance to talk and look at emotional difficulties in confidence and privacy, with someone who is not going to judge you.

If you are struggling, or in crisis and feeling overwhelmed by stress and emotional problems, it can be helpful to discuss things with a Counsellor in a safe and supportive location.
